How to Add Signature into Email Message
To add a signature to your emails, follow these steps:
- Click on ‘Settings’ in the vertical menu on the left side of your mailbox view.
- Select ‘Identities’ and choose your email ID.
- Explore the options provided.
- Below the ‘Signature’ section, click on the image icon to expand the signature composing options.
- Compose your signature and remember to save it
