How to Add Signature into Email Message

To add a signature to your emails, follow these steps:

  1. Click on ‘Settings’ in the vertical menu on the left side of your mailbox view.
  2.  Select ‘Identities’ and choose your email ID.
  3.  Explore the options provided.
  4.  Below the ‘Signature’ section, click on the image icon to expand the signature composing options.
  5.  Compose your signature and remember to save it
