How to Update Contact Information

To Update Contact information in your account

1. Access Mail-Box: Visit the ProEmail website and click on the “Sign in” logo.
2. Log In: Enter your email ID and password to log into your account.
3. Navigate to Contact Information Tab: Once logged in, find and click on the “Contact Information” tab.
4. Enter Your Email ID: Provide an email address to receive account notifications and password reset confirmations. Don’t use ProEmail ID. Use Gamil/Yahoo/Rediff/Hotmail etc.,
5. Enter Your 2nd Email ID: Optionally, provide a second email address for additional notifications. Don’t use ProEmail ID. Use Gamil/Yahoo/Rediff/Hotmail etc.,
6. Contact Preferences: Select all three boxes in the contact preferences section.
7. Save Changes: After entering email IDs and selecting contact preferences, click on Save.
8. Return to Home Page: Finally, click on the Webmail logo at the top left corner to return to the Webmail home page.
